Javelin | AI-Powered KYB Platform Joint venture with Euroclear (~$3M strategic partnership)

• Co-shaped the venture from inception, identifying core KYB challenges in financial services and articulating solution hypotheses
• Designed and built early PoCs for document intelligence and AI-assisted KYB workflows to validate technical feasibility; created separate PoC using verifiable credentials (VC) and decentralized identifiers (DID) to explore trusted reuse of KYB information
• Played central role in Euroclear-Menyala joint venture formation, working across architecture, legal, security, and compliance teams
• Defined technical strategy, operating model, and cost planning for engineering team structure and infrastructure design
